Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Esuperbazar, we strive to provide the highest quality digital educational content. Because our products are digital, they are generally deemed "consumed" the moment they are accessed. Please read our updated refund rules below carefully.

1. General Rule: Non-Refundable by Default

Unless a refund policy is explicitly mentioned on the specific product's page, all sales are strictly final and non-refundable. If the product page does not mention any refund availability, it is considered generally non-refundable.

2. Refundable Products & Error Claims

If a product page specifically mentions that the item is refundable, you may be eligible to claim a refund. However, to successfully claim this refund, you must present sufficient proof of an error. Valid errors include:

  • Duplicate Payment: You were charged twice for the same transaction due to a technical error.
  • Non-Delivery or Corrupt Files: You did not receive access to the product, or the digital file provided is broken/corrupted, and our support team cannot resolve the issue.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund for an eligible product, you must email our support team with the following details to prove the error:

  • Your full name and registered email address.
  • Your order number or payment receipt.
  • Screenshots or clear evidence of the sufficient error you are facing.

4. Processing Time

Once your claim is submitted, our team will review the evidence. If the error is confirmed and the refund is approved, it will be processed through our payment gateway. Please allow 5 to 7 working days for the refunded amount to reflect in your original payment method. No cash refunds will be provided.
